Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Elevus and tap Cancel Subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile in the app and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

My voice input isn't working

Make sure you've granted microphone permission. Go to Settings, find Elevus, and enable Microphone.
